Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a talented and strategic Marketing Manager to join PT Langgeng Dunia Selaras. This is a contract position based in South Jakarta, Jakarta. As Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. This role is pivotal in shaping how our company connects with its target audience and achieves its commercial objectives in an increasingly competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with company objectives and market opportunities

• Oversee the planning, creation and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including digital, social media, traditional advertising and public relations

• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximise return on investment and campaign performance

• Lead and mentor marketing team members, fostering a collaborative and creative working environment

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities and threats within the industry

• Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), providing regular reporting and insights to senior management

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product and communications to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment

• Build and maintain relationships with external marketing partners, agencies and vendors

• Identify and implement innovative marketing tactics and emerging technologies to enhance brand visibility and customer acquisition

• Manage brand identity and ensure all marketing materials maintain consistency with company guidelines and values

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field

• 5+ years of professional marketing experience, with at least 2-3 years in a marketing management or supervisory role FnB Industry

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that have driven measurable business results

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, social media platforms and marketing analytics tools

• Excellent project management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Demonstrated leadership capability with experience mentoring and developing team members

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian

• Strategic thinking ability with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is advantageous

• Knowledge of the Indonesian market and consumer behaviour is preferred

• Creative mindset with the ability to think innovatively whilst remaining data-driven
