Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing field, preferably within the healthcare or service industry

• Proven track record in developing and executing successful integrated event and partnership strategies

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling, audience-centric messaging

• Strong project management and team leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team

• Proficient in digital marketing, social media, and content creation, with a deep understanding of emerging trends and best practices

• Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and optimize marketing performance
