About the role

PT Oto Artha prima Perkasa is seeking a Marketing Support Dealer Mobil Chery to join our dynamic marketing and communications team in Manado, North Sulawesi. This is a full-time position based in our Manado office, where you will play a crucial role in supporting and executing marketing initiatives for our Chery vehicle dealership. You will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales support through coordinated marketing activities across multiple channels. Key responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities for Chery vehicles across digital and traditional media channels

• Support the coordination of dealership events, product launches, and customer engagement activities to generate leads and drive showroom traffic

• Maintain and update marketing collateral, including brochures, social media content, website information, and promotional materials

• Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, tracking metrics and providing reports to the marketing team

• Coordinate with sales team to ensure marketing support materials are available and effectively utilised at the dealership

• Assist in managing the dealership's social media accounts, including content creation, posting, and community engagement

• Support database management and customer relationship activities to facilitate targeted marketing communications

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improved marketing positioning

• Liaise with external vendors and media partners to coordinate advertising placements and promotional partnerships

• Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing operations, including filing, scheduling, and documentation

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in a marketing support, marketing coordinator, or similar marketing role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and preferably English

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Creative thinking and the ability to generate ideas for marketing campaigns and promotional activities

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly the vehicle sales market, is advantageous

• Experience with digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, or content management systems is desirable

• Flexibility and willingness to support various marketing initiatives as required by the business
