Market Inspection Staff

Job Description:

• Conduct regular market visits according to the assigned schedule and coverage area.

• Identify, observe, and collect information on market challenges, issues, and needs from outlets, distributors, and customers.

• Perform field inspections on sales area execution, including but not limited to outlet visit coverage, product display and merchandising, product availability and stock condition, pricing and promotion compliance, adherence to sales SOP and company guidelines, and ensure proper execution of sales and marketing programs in the market.

• Monitor and collect competitor activities, including pricing, promotions, and in-store branding.

• Provide constructive feedback and improvement recommendations to area sales teams based on inspection findings.

• Prepare and submit accurate and timely inspection and market visit reports to management.

• Coordinate with sales teams, distributors, and related parties to support issue resolution in the field.

• Maintain good relationships with outlets, distributors, and key stakeholders in assigned areas.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree of any major

• Fresh graduate or experience in Sales or Field Operations is an advantage.

• Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage

• Strong observation, analytical, and communication skills.

• Detail-oriented, objective, and capable of preparing structured reports

• Able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for reporting purposes

• Willingness to perform high field mobility and business travel.

• Placement in Surabaya, East Java.
