Job Description:

We are excited to introduce our new branch of The Joy Of Learning, a Montessori-based enrichment center located in Citraland, West Surabaya. Our programs cater to children aged 18 months to 9 years with engaging activities such as music & movement, sensory play, arts & crafts, storytelling, phonics, and more.

We are expanding our team and looking for passionate, dedicated educators to create joyful learning experiences with us.

Available Positions:
Lead Teacher (Preschool / Kindergarten)
Music Teacher
(Full-Time & Part-Time positions available)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Teacher:
Lead daily class activities based on Montessori and thematic learning, design lesson plans, and decorate themed classrooms.

Music Teacher: Plan and deliver engaging Music & Movement sessions tailored for early childhood development.

Student Progress & Care: Observe, assess, and document children’s development, milestones, and daily performance.
Parent Communication: Maintain open, warm, and professional communication with parents regarding their child's progress.
Safety & Environment: Supervise children’s safety, well-being, and maintain clean, organized learning spaces.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, English, Music, Psychology, or related fields (Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching or early childhood education.
- Fluency in English is required (Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage for Lead Teachers).
- Passionate about working with children and fostering a fun, safe learning environment.
- Creative, organized, proactive, and a great team player.
