Internal Audit Manager

• Responsible for formulating and executing the annual internal audit plan, including operational audits, financial audits, and compliance audits.

• Identify key risk areas, evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, prepare audit reports, and provide improvement recommendations.

• Follow up on audit findings and corrective actions to ensure timely closure of identified issues.

• Guide and manage audit team members while continuously optimizing audit processes and methodologies.

• Support management in process optimization, risk control, and corporate governance initiatives.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in internal audit from FMCG Manufacturing & Sales/Distribution company.

• Strong understanding of internal control, risk management, and compliance systems, with excellent data analysis, communication, and team management skills.

• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG industries, or multinational companies is preferred.

• Proficiency in English is a MUST (proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage).

• Able to independently drive audit projects and work effectively under pressure.

• Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk.
