Landscape Designer

About the role

This is a hands-on, site-based role focused on refining and elevating the outdoor experience—balancing guest journey and spatial flow for hospitality with intimate, highly curated details for private residential properties. You will help shape everything from lush landscape environments and exterior details to ambient lighting, custom fencing, signage, and custom outdoor features.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits to evaluate real-time site conditions, spot design opportunities, and ensure both guest-facing and private residential zones maintain visual and functional integrity

• Assist with landscape and exterior concepts, including resort-style or private garden planting schemes, pathways, privacy screens, fencing, ambient lighting, and outdoor living features

• Develop small-scale design solutions—such as custom residential seating nooks, pool deck adjustments, or hospitality arrival sequences—to elevate existing spaces

• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, SketchUp 3D studies, material boards, and client presentations tailored to hospitality and residential standards

• Perform accurate site measurements, photo documentation, and existing condition surveys

• Work directly with landscape contractors, specialized artisans, lighting suppliers, and site teams to supervise implementation

• Assist with bespoke residential details, as well as hospitality wayfinding, outdoor signage, and decorative elements

• Propose climate-appropriate plants, durable exterior materials, outdoor furniture, and fixtures suitable for high-traffic resort environments and luxury homes

About you

• Degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field

• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply

• Proficiency in AutoCAD; solid working knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite

• Strong ability to read, interpret, and produce architectural and technical detail drawings

• Keen sense of spatial storytelling, outdoor materiality, planting design, and exterior lighting techniques

• Comfortable moving around active construction sites and communicating directly with site crews and specialized vendors

• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing small-scale scopes independently
