Junior Product Manager

About the role

You own Grün OS, an internal operations platform covering housekeeping, front office, engineering, restaurant, sales and HR across three properties, end to end: what gets built, why, in what order, how it launches, whether people actually use it, and what changes next. This is not a large-company product role where you own one feature inside someone else's roadmap. The core of the job is the loop between operations and engineering. Grün OS ships, operations adjusts, and the feedback comes back as the next change request. That loop does not end at launch — it starts there.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for Grün OS: what gets built, in what order, and what gets cut

• Translate in both directions between operations and engineering, so neither side has to learn the other's vocabulary

• Gather requirements and prioritise with department heads across all six operating modules

• Write specifications an engineer can build from without a follow-up meeting

• Own launch, including rollout plan, training for staff who have never used an internal application, and the first two weeks of support

• Own adoption and growth by tracking usage, finding out why people work around the system, and fixing that

• Run the change-request loop after launch, module by module, indefinitely

About you

• 1–3 years as a product manager, product owner or technical coordinator on internal tools, software or data products

• End-to-end ownership experience: something you took from problem to launched and used, not one feature inside a larger roadmap

• Can write requirements an engineer can execute, rather than forwarding a request as received

• Comfortable with technical people; you do not need to code, but you must understand what is being built and be able to challenge an estimate

• Patient with non-technical users, as most Grün OS users are operational staff who have never used an internal application before
