About the role

This role involves sourcing and acquiring potential land that meets the company's specific criteria, conducting field visits and physical surveys, and coordinating with stakeholders on behalf of the company.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and acquire potential land that meets the company's specific criteria

• Conduct field visits and physical surveys of land sites that have passed the initial screening phase

• Coordinate and negotiate with stakeholders (such as village officials and land owners) on behalf of the company

• Operate drones to capture photos and videos from the best viewpoints and map land boundaries

• Inspect road access, electricity availability, water sources (springs, rivers, wells, or municipal water), land slope contours, and verify physical boundaries against land certificates

• Observe the surrounding environment, including neighbors and noise levels, and investigate any planned roads or future developments near the site

• Utilize time outside scheduled surveys to gather land information from village heads or land owners, and log new locations into the system

• Conduct initial assessments after field visits and identify special features that make the land stand out

• Provide reports, coordinate with the team, attend evaluation meetings to update land status progression, and plan future visits

About you

• Proven experience and track record in handling land acquisitions

• Extensive network with first-hand contacts in Bali (such as notaries, village heads, and land owners)

• High sense of responsibility and self-motivation

• Highly mobile (able to travel frequently for routine field surveys)
