Key Account Trainee

Job Description:  

• Achieving sales targets for assigned modern trade accounts.

• Implementation of strategies to increase sales and profitability.

• Maintenance of strong relationships with key retail buyers and operations teams.

• Help resolve distributor issues with key accounts in collaboration with the KAM.

• Preparation of account plans aligned with company goals.

• Monitor market and competitor activity to identify trends and insights.

• Tracking in-store promotions and visibility programs.

• Track daily sales, stock movement, and sell-out performance.

• Prepare weekly reports on sales performance and competitor activities.

• Using KPIs and suggesting actionable insights for improvements.

Requirement:  

• Bachelor's Degree in any major from a reputable university, with GPA min. 3.50.

• Technical Competency: Strong in Communication, Compiling Reports, Retail Technology.

• Language Competency: English proficiency is MUST.

• Experience: maximum 1 year experience, fresh graduates are welcome .

• High computer literacy: PowerPoint, Words and advance skill in Excel.

• Eager to learn and a fast learner.

• Have driving license (SIM A or SIM C) is preferred.

• Able to work under pressure and handling complexity.

• Willing to travel all around Indonesia.

• Willing for placement at Bandung, West Java.
