Key Account Manager

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Handling client regular & Ad hoc report, and service review
2. Responding to all after sales issues, complaints and dispute raise by client
3. Liaise with Ops team, product, and across business function to ensure all issues and complaint resolved
4. Responsible to increase managed lives and ensure healthy growth for all existing account
5. Responsible to make sure all existing client renew the contract
6. Activate the client: Doing socialization and conduct activation program to ensure client link & transact with Halodoc

Requirements

1. Able to join as soon as possible
2. Have experience in client relation/client development for corporate client for at least 3 years
3. Familiar with health insurance business & TPA (Sales/Operations)
4. Good command in English
5. Good command in data analytics & presentation tools
6. Able to work in fast paced setting, self driven, and visioner
7. Passionate about transforming health service experience
