About the role

Lead a team to achieve sales targets for spare parts distribution, manage inventory control, expand distribution networks, oversee receivables collection, and ensure accurate and timely warehouse and logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead team to achieve spare parts sales targets and revenue goals

• Ensure availability of fast-moving spare parts and minimise accumulation of slow-moving inventory

• Expand distribution networks by opening new retail stores, workshops, or seller partnerships

• Oversee collection of payments from stores or workshops purchasing spare parts on credit terms

• Ensure accurate and timely receipt of goods from head office and delivery to customers

About you

• Minimum 2–3 years experience in spare parts distribution (automotive automation, industrial machinery, or heavy equipment)

• Leadership capability and sales target orientation

• Knowledge of assigned branch geographic area

• Understanding of warehouse management systems (FIFO/LIFO) and basic financial administration
