IT Business Analyst

Tanggung jawab

1. Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions.
2. Analyze business processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations to enhance system and operational efficiency.
3. Act as a bridge between business users and IT/development teams throughout system development, enhancement, and implementation projects.
4. Prepare relevant system and business documentation, including BRD/FRD, process flows, user stories, and other requirement documents.
5. Coordinate and support UAT, including test scenarios, issue tracking, and follow-up to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
6. Monitor project progress and ensure agreed requirements and system improvements are properly implemented and documented.

Persyaratan

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, IT Business Analyst, System Analyst, or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirement gathering, gap analysis, and SDLC.
• Experience working with business users and IT/development teams in system implementation or enhancement projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with SQL/database, Jira, Confluence, Visio/Draw.io, or similar tools is an advantage.
