Business Analyst

• Conduct in depth analysis of business requirements, getting to the root cause behind what clients are asking for
• Translate those needs into clear functional specs that Product and Engineering can act on
• Run gap analysis between requirements and existing product capabilities
• Build business cases and cost-benefit/ROI analyses for proposed solutions or customizations
• Analyze operational data to surface insights that strengthen solution recommendations
• Support on complex, data-heavy cases that need deeper analytical work
• Maintain clean, standardized requirement documentation as the link between Sales, Product, and Engineering
• Feed data-driven input into product roadmap prioritization

Kualifikasi

• Minimum Bachelor's in Information Systems, Management, Statistics, or related field
• Experience 3+ years as a Business Analyst / System Analyst, ideally from a SaaS, tech company
• Strong analytical thinking, able to turn data into insight and recommendations, not just summarize it
• Proficient in SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets (required)
• Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker) is a plus
• Skilled at writing clear BRDs/FRDs/user stories
• Sharp, critical questioning to uncover clients' real needs behind stated requests
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Comfortable working cross-functionally, bridging Sales, Product, and Engineering
• Detail-oriented while still able to see the bigger business impact
