Recruitment Team

Tanggung jawab

1. Support end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, data entry, document management, and reporting
2. Review and screen CVs, then reach out to candidates for interview and assessment scheduling
3. Prepare interview invitations, psychological tests, and other recruitment-related materials
4. Maintain and update the candidate database and track recruitment progress
5. Assist in recruitment activities such as walk-in interviews, job fairs, and other hiring events

Persyaratan

1. Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields
2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Previous experience in recruitment will be a plus point
3. Good communication skills, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and in a team
4. Willing to work on-site in Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta
