Customer First ID is looking for confident and professional English speakers to join our team as International B2B Cold Calling Specialists.

In this role, you will make outbound international calls to potential business clients and introduce our company's services. You should be comfortable speaking English naturally, communicating professionally, and delivering a business offer confidently over the phone.

This opportunity is suitable for individuals with excellent spoken English and strong communication skills who are confident in handling conversations with international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound international calls to potential business clients.

• Introduce and explain the company's services in English.

• Deliver the full business offer and ensure the recipient has the opportunity to listen to the complete presentation.

• Submit an audio recording of each qualifying call for verification

About you

• Excellent spoken English with strong pronunciation, fluency, and confidence.

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to speak naturally and professionally with international clients.

• Confidence in making outbound calls and presenting business offers in English.

• Professional, reliable, and comfortable communicating with potential clients over the phone.

Work & Payment

• Work Arrangement: 100% Remote.

• Location: Open to candidates across Indonesia.

• Employment Type: Contract, flexible and part-time.

• Schedule: Flexible, with no fixed working hours specified.

• Payment: IDR 30,000-50,000 per qualifying call.

• Payment Conditions: Payment is provided when the potential client listens to the full business offer.

• Call Verification: An audio recording is required to verify each qualifying call.

• Calling Costs: All international calling costs are covered by the company.
