About Us

Icon Host Bali is a professional property management company operating in Bali since 2017. We currently manage over 200 properties across the island.

We are looking for a confident, professional, and communicative Outbound Sales Representative to contact potential clients and introduce our property management services.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients in Bali.

• Introduce our company and explain the services we offer.

• Communicate with property owners, villa managers, and other potential clients.

• Identify clients who may be interested in our services.

• Answer basic questions and handle initial objections professionally.

• Record call results and report them to our team.

• Forward interested clients to our management team for further discussion.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, clear, and natural speaking skills.

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, hospitality, real estate, or a similar field.

• Ability to communicate professionally and build trust over the phone.

• Responsible, organized, and self-motivated.

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.

• Good English communication skills are a strong advantage.

• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new people.
