About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment professional to join our team in a part-time, remote capacity. This role is based in Jakarta Selatan, Jakarta Raya, with the flexibility to work remotely. As an HR Recruitment specialist, you will play a crucial part in identifying, attracting, and placing qualified candidates with our partner organisations. This position is strategically important to our company's growth, as you will be instrumental in building high-performing teams for our clients and strengthening our reputation as a trusted recruitment partner.

What you'll be doing

• Source, screen, and interview candidates using various recruitment channels and platforms

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple industries and job levels

• Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates and key stakeholders

• Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment requirements and organisational culture

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job specification to candidate placement

• Conduct reference checks and prepare offer documentation

• Participate in recruitment campaigns and attend networking events to expand candidate pools

• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within our recruitment management system

• Provide feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process in a professional and timely manner

• Monitor industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working in a recruitment agency or in-house recruitment environment, ideally 2-3+ years in a similar role

• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment law, and candidate screening techniques

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients at all levels

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases

• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously whilst maintaining high quality standards

• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail

• Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment targets and KPIs

• Fluency in English (both written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is highly desirable

• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment whilst collaborating effectively with team members

• Familiarity with digital recruitment tools, social media platforms, and online job boards
