Human Resources Manager

About the role

Lead and oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and HR operations. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business objectives. Partner with department leaders to support workforce planning, organizational development, and talent management.

• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and HR best practices

• Manage HR budgets, manpower planning, and related HR projects

• Lead, coach, and develop the HR team to achieve organizational goals

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

• 5 - 10 years of experience in HR managerial role

• Experience in the manufacturing industry

• Strong knowledge of performance management, compensation & benefits, learning & development, and HR operations

• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
