Production Staff - Packaging & Warehouse

General Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production, preferably in packaging and warehousing operations within a manufacturing company.

• Willing to be placed at Gempol Plant, Pasuruan.
  

Skill competence :

• Knowledge of packaging processes (x-ray, inkjet printer, and labeling) and warehouse operations.

• Good leadership skills.

• Good interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Good English proficiency, both spoken and written.

Job Description:

• Control and monitor packaging processes.

• Ensure that subordinates perform their work in accordance with Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

• Monitor the implementation of warehouse equipment maintenance.

• Supervise team performance.
