Human Resources Intern

We’re looking for Human Resources interns to support our Recruitment, Employer Branding, and Partnerships functions by assisting with end-to-end recruitment, employer branding initiatives, and university partnership programs, helping improve hiring efficiency, employer brand visibility, and talent acquisition efforts

Recruitment: 

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities across various roles (from internship to full-time) 
• Review role requirements and assist in job postings 
• Screen CVs and support early-stage candidate assessments 
• Conduct or support initial screening calls 
• Track recruitment progress and maintain simple hiring trackers 
• Document insights to improve recruitment efficiency 

Employer Branding: 

• Research and interpret EVP into content themes and messaging 
• Develop a content plan and calendar (topics, formats, timeline) 
• Generate content ideas and draft sample copy for various formats (social media, blog, internal comms) 
• Create or coordinate simple visual assets, including basic photo and video content creation 
• Execute approved content plan; including copywriting, basic design, basic design, simple photo/video editing, and formatting 
• Track content execution progress and document outcomes 

Persyaratan

Education:  

• Students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (2nd year – final year) 

Skills & Attributes: 

• Excellent English communication skills (professional working level)  
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks  
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment  
• Comfort working remotely and collaborating with diverse teams  
• A proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset 

Additional Requirement for EB: 

• Basic familiarity with design and video editor tools (Figma, Canva, Cap Cut, etc.) is a plus 
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage content timelines
