About the role

We are looking for an experienced and highly active HR & Recruitment Manager to manage all human resources and recruitment activities for our restaurant group with four branches across Bali. The successful candidate will take responsibility for finding, hiring, training and managing suitable employees for all four restaurant branches in Bali.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and publish job advertisements on different recruitment platforms and social media

• Actively search for suitable candidates for all restaurant positions

• Screen applications, conduct interviews and select the right candidates

• Coordinate hiring, documentation, contracts and employee onboarding

• Organize training for new and existing employees

• Monitor employee attendance, discipline, performance and workplace conduct

• Handle staff problems, complaints, warnings and resignations professionally

• Maintain complete employee records for all four branches

• Visit and coordinate with all restaurant branches when required

• Supervise and manage the existing HR personnel at our restaurants

About you

• Previous experience in HR, recruitment or hospitality management

• Strong interviewing and candidate-assessment skills

• Good knowledge of restaurant staffing and operations

• Excellent communication and people-management skills

• Active, responsible, organized and able to work independently

• Able to handle multiple vacancies and branches simultaneously

• Good English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Comfortable using job portals, social media and WhatsApp for recruitment

• Willing to travel between our four branches in Bali

• Own scooter and valid driving licence preferred
