Assistant Business Development & Investment Promotion

About the Role

We are seeking proactive, organized, and motivated individuals to join our team as Assistants for Business Development and Investment Promotion activities. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to international business cooperation, investment projects, and stakeholder engagement, particularly with Chinese enterprises and industry associations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in business development and investment promotion activities.

2. Coordinate and support visits from Chinese industry associations, business delegations, and industrial-chain enterprises.

3. Prepare, organize, and maintain investment promotion materials, presentations, and business documentation.

4. Facilitate communication and coordination with local stakeholders, government agencies, and business partners.

5. Conduct market research and collect relevant business information.

6. Assist in organizing meetings, events, and business activities.

7. Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

2. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

4. Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.

5. Experience in data collection, research, and document management is preferred.

6. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and video editing software will be an advantage.

7. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Language Requirements

1. Fluent in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

2. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
