HR Assistant Manager

PT Alliance Consumer Products Indonesia, a leading manufacturing company in Indonesia, is looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Assistant Manager to join our team in KEK Sei Mangkei, Simalungun, North Sumatra. As HR Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end payroll operations, coordinating manpower planning, handling industrial relations, and supporting overall HR compliance and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate manpower planning (MPP) fulfillment through external recruitment & internal talent

• Manage end-to-end employee payroll, BPJS, insurance and employee administration

• Handle employee issues in accordance with labor regulations and company policies

• Supervise daily performance of outsourced workers

• Conduct HR data analysis and reporting (turnover, headcount, etc.) to management

• Manage employee engagement and company work culture

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian Labor Law and related government regulations (BPJS, PPh 21 tax, etc.)

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in any major (Psychology/Law/Management preferred)

• Min. 7 years of experience in HR with 3 years experience as Supervisor/Assistant Manager.

• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations

• Familiar with HRIS systems, especially Talenta

• Strong communication, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills

• English is a must (spoken and written)
