HR Manager

PT Alliance Consumer Products Indonesia, a leading manufacturing company in Indonesia, is looking for an experienced and dedicated HR Manager to join our team in KEK Sei Mangkei, Simalungun, North Sumatra. As HR Manager, you will play a key role in leading the end-to-end Human Resources function, ensuring workforce compliance, and supporting the company's continuous growth and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement HR strategies aligned with company business goals

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process

• Develop and oversee the performance appraisal system

• Manage payroll, benefits, and employee administration

• Draft and update employment policies and SOPs (company regulations, collective labor agreements, etc.)

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian Labor Law and related government regulations (BPJS, PPh 21 tax, etc.)

• Handle industrial relations, including employee grievance and conflict resolution

• Design training and development programs

• Manage employee engagement and company work culture

• Conduct HR data analysis and reporting (turnover, headcount, etc.) to management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, HR Management, or related field

• Minimum 15 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role

• Proven experience in manufacturing industry

• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor regulations (Omnibus Law/UU Cipta Kerja, BPJS Employment/Health, etc.)

• Experienced in handling product standard audits relevant to personal care/oleochemical industry (e.g., ISO 22716, GMP, Halal Certification, RSPO, etc.); Social compliance audits (e.g. SMETA/SEDEX); and customer/buyer audits

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
