Hot Cook

Requirements – Thai Cook

• Must have previous work experience as a Cook and be able to use a wok, especially for Thai cuisine.

• Understand Thai ingredients, seasonings, spices, and sauces.

• Be able to prepare a variety of Thai dishes, such as Pad Thai, Tom Yum, Tom Kha, Green Curry, and Thai Fried Rice.

• Have good knowledge of hot kitchen techniques, including stir-frying, deep-frying, and cooking over high heat.

• Be able to maintain consistent taste, food quality, and presentation according to restaurant standards.

• Understand kitchen hygiene, food safety standards, and proper food storage.

• Be able to prepare ingredients and complete mise en place before kitchen operations begin.

• Be able to work quickly, accurately, and efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.

• Have good teamwork and communication skills.

• Be disciplined, responsible, honest, and maintain a positive work attitude.

• Be willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
