We are seeking a warm, welcoming and professional Hostess/Host to join the team at Masonry. Restaurant Canggu in North Kuta, Bali. This is a contract position offering an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their exceptional dining or hospitality experience. As Hostess/Host, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding guest services and contributing to the success of our front-of-house operations. This role requires a blend of professionalism, charm and organisational skills in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a Hostess/Host, receptionist or in a similar front-of-house guest services role within hospitality

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with diverse guests

• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail, particularly in managing reservations and guest information

• Proficiency in using reservation management systems and point-of-sale software

• Ability to remain calm and composed during peak service times and manage multiple priorities effectively

• Fluency in English; additional language skills (particularly Indonesian or Mandarin) are advantageous

• Currently domiciled in Bali, Able to join immediately
