Guest Relations Officer (GRO)

Grün is a boutique hospitality brand with destinations in Uluwatu, Canggu, and Ubud in Bali, Indonesia. We focus on creating sophisticated destinations in nature, delivering memorable guest experiences while enhancing the surrounding environment.

Role Description

The Guest Relations Officer (GRO) will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences throughout their stay. This role involves welcoming guests, handling inquiries and requests, resolving concerns, and creating personalized experiences that reflect Grün’s brand values and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude

• Ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences

• Act as the main point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns

• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and effectively

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

• Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to enhance guest stays

• Maintain guest satisfaction and uphold brand standards at all times

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with the VHP system is required

• Relevant educational background in hospitality or related field

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Able to join immediately is preferred

• Bali-based, preferably in the Kuta Selatan area
