Graphic Designer & Motion Artist Specialist (2D/3D)

Are you looking for your next creative challenge? Rasa Group is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Motion Artist (2D/3D) to create engaging visual content for our F&B products, brand campaigns, and digital marketing activities.

What You Will Do

• Create graphic design materials for marketing campaigns, social media, digital advertising, product catalogs, and promotional activities.

• Develop engaging 2D motion graphics, animated content, and promotional videos for various digital platforms.

• Create 3D product models, animations, and realistic visualizations for beverages, packaging, ingredients, and other product-related assets.

• Produce product photography and videography, including lighting, composition, photo retouching, video editing, and post-production.

• Integrate 2D and 3D animations with video footage, visual effects, and other creative elements to produce compelling marketing content.

• Collaborate with the Brand, Marketing & Innovation team to translate creative briefs into effective visual concepts.

• Maintain brand consistency, manage digital assets, and ensure high-quality deliverables within established deadlines.

Who We're Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, 3D animation, or multimedia production.

• Experienced in 2D motion graphics, video editing, or 3D software, such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Autodesk Maya, or 3ds Max.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Multimedia, Animation, or a related field.

• A portfolio or showreel showcasing graphic design, 2D motion graphics or 3D animation or product visualization is required.

• Proficient in Adobe Phtshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

• Familiar with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve.

• Understands visual composition, typography, color theory, lighting, and visual storytelling.

• Creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or collaboratively.

• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the F&B, FMCG, beverage, or consumer goods industry.

• Experience in commercial product photography, product advertising, or promotional video production.

• Knowledge of realistic product rendering, liquid simulation, particle effects, and advanced animation techniques.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools.
