Senior Graphic Designer (Manufacturing Company)

Adecco is currently supporting one of the leading laminates manufacturing clients in their search for Senior Graphic & Media Designer (Office location: Alam sutera, Tangerang)

This role is ideal for a hands-on creative professional with strong expertise in graphic design, print production, photography, and video content, who is comfortable taking projects from initial brief through to final execution.

What you'll do:

• Create and develop compelling visual content across multiple formats, including catalogues, brochures, packaging, exhibition materials, social media, websites, and digital advertising.

• Manage creative projects from initial brief through to final production, including artwork preparation, proofing, print production, and vendor coordination.

• Produce high-quality graphic and print designs while ensuring consistency with brand and creative direction.

• Plan and execute photography and video content for products, materials, interiors, lifestyle, events, and other brand requirements.

• Edit both short-form and long-form video content, including motion graphics where required.

• Adapt creative concepts across multiple platforms and formats while maintaining a consistent visual identity.

• Ensure all creative assets meet high standards of typography, composition, visual hierarchy, layout, and technical specifications.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

• 4–7 years of relevant experience in graphic design, multimedia design, visual communication, or a related creative role.

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with hands-on experience in both digital and print production.

• Working knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut. Motion graphics experience is an advantage.

• Strong hands-on capabilities in graphic design, print production, photography, and video production/editing.

• Proven ability to independently manage creative work from concept and brief through to final execution.

• Experience with premium, architecture, interior design, furniture, building materials, hospitality, or other design-led brands would be an advantage.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic and print design, digital content, photography, and video production/editing.

• Fluent working proficiency in English for communication with local stakeholders, vendors, and the Singapore headquarters.
