Background:
PT Borneo Pasifik Global is expanding into the Sport & Lifestyle industry through YOLO Padel & Lifestyle. As part of this exciting growth, YOLO Padel & Lifestyle Lebak Bulus is looking for a Frontliner who is passionate about sports, particularly padel, and enjoys delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Into padel and able to play padel.

• Friendly, cheerful, and approachable.

• Strong service mindset and enjoy interacting with customers.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Job Descriptions:

• Greet and welcome guests/members at the venue.

• Assist guests to their booked court.

• Provide on-site customer service and assist with customer needs.

• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints directly at the venue.

• Perform upselling & cross-selling of membership, F&B, merchandise, promotions, and other services.

• Build good relationships with members and create a positive customer experience.

• Support venue operations and coordinate with the team to ensure smooth customer experience.
