Travel Consultant – After Office Hour (AOH)

Key responsibilities

• Be familiar with GDS (Galileo, Amadeus (International), ALTEA), fare database, scripts, Microsoft Office and other systems that are in use for reservations and ticketing

• Respond to client's email within the Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• Knowledge of reservation, ticketing, reissuance, refund

• Advise clients on visa requirements

• Understand the client's needs in order to provide efficient service

• Provide the most cost effective and best routing

• Handle client's feedback and inform the Team Leader and Manager

• Follow up and keep track of ticketing deadlines and schedule changes and inform clients

About you

• Candidates must possess at least Diploma Degree, preferably from Tourism major

• Preferably having a work experience at Airlines or Travel Industries i.e. Ticketing staff / Airline ground staff using GDS system

• Preferably having experiences in Customer Services role

• Good written & spoken in English is a must

• Have good communication skill and a team player

• Willing to work on Night shift, Weekend and Public Holidays

• Willing to work onsite at our office at Central Jakarta
