1. Min High school/vocational school (SMA/K) or equivalent
2. Experience in hospitality, bellboy/doorman
3. Well groomed, polite and able to communicate clearly
4. comfortable working on mobile/outdoor tasks and actively moving around
5. Friendly, proactive and service oriented attitude
6. Physically fit with good stamina to stand/walk around the area during the shift
7. willing to work in shift, including weekends and public holiday
8. Basic english skills

1. Welcome and assist guest upon arrival and provide directions to the relevant outlets
2. Taking guest to their destination within sgs
3. Assist guest with luggage and belongings
4. Coordinate with the FO and relevant department regarding guest movement or request
5. Report guest identification to WA grup and ensure accurate guest information is clearly
6. Maintain good communicate with FO, Security, and other dept
7. Perform other operational duties as assisned by the FO SPV
