About the role
This role will empower you to manage end-to-end sourcing projects, create real business impact, and mentor junior buyers. You will take the lead in driving sourcing excellence for one of our key FMCG clients.
Key responsibilities
Lead sourcing initiatives across multiple categories
Build supplier strategies that balance cost, quality, and sustainability
Manage RFP/RFQ/eAuction processes and identify negotiation opportunities
Drive spend analysis and deliver measurable savings
Partner cross-functionally to elevate sourcing operations
About you
5–7 years' experience in Strategic Sourcing / Procurement
FMCG background (mandatory) or experience in a service industry
Hands-on with Coupa, Ariba, or similar procurement systems
Expertise in RFP/RFX/RFQ and eAuction processes
Proven track record in Spend Management & Proactive Sourcing
Excellent communication & negotiation skills in English
Strong MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
