Floor Supervisor - Jakarta

As a Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of the restaurant. This is a crucial role in maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring the smooth running of the venue. The position is based in our Central Jakarta location and is a full-time role.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supervise and support the front-of-house team during daily operations

• Ensure an exceptional and consistent guest experience

• Maintain service, hospitality, and brand standards

• Assign crew effectively to ensure smooth and efficient service

• Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally

• Ensure clear communication between management and crew

• Monitor daily operations, stock levels, and team performance

• Support the management team with daily reports and administrative tasks

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised environment

What We're Looking For

• Experience in a Floor Supervisor or similar leadership role in hospitality (F&B)

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Ability to lead, motivate, and work well with a team

• Positive, professional, and hands-on approach

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

• Understanding of hospitality operations, stock control, and POS systems

• Able to follow and achieve operational and performance targets

• Willing to be placed in Jakarta area
