Relationship Executive - Lifestyle Concept

About the role

Ismaya Group is seeking a talented and driven Relationship Executive to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. As a Relationship Executive, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and maintaining strong partnerships with key stakeholders. This is a full-time position based in our Jakarta office.

What you'll be doing

• Maintain/deepen relationship with the customers

• Create and develop plans that will help meet the needs of customers

• Attend to clients complains and resolve issues promptly

• Work with internal departments to ensure the brands meets customer expectations

• Build/maintain strong/profitable relationship with clients & customer

What we're looking for

1. A bachelor's degree in public relations, communications, or a related field

2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a public relations or corporate communications role, ideally within the hospitality, F&B, or lifestyle industries

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

4. Strong media relations skills and a proven track record of securing positive media coverage

5. Proficiency in content creation, including writing press releases, blog posts, and social media content

6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously

7. Keen attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

8. Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
