Floor Supervisor

About the role

We're looking for a Floor Supervisor who can lead by example, keep the floor running smoothly, and make sure every guest leaves with a good experience. Someone with a sharp eye for detail, good leadership skills, and the ability to keep their cool when things get busy.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily floor operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the service team to maintain high hospitality standards.
• Assign duties, manage floor sections, and coordinate staff during service.
• Ensure guests receive friendly, attentive, and professional service.
• Handle guest feedback and complaints effectively.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and communicate operational updates to the team.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and management to ensure seamless operations.
• Monitor staff performance, grooming, punctuality, cleanliness, and discipline.
• Support upselling, sales targets, stock control, and cost management.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, hygiene standards, and workplace safety.

About you

• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or food and beverage operations; supervisory experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations and guest service standards.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and strong sense of responsibility.
• Good command of English.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
