NOMADS PADEL VILLAGE is a new padel and lifestyle destination opening in 2026 in Canggu, Bali.Designed as an all-in-one facility, Nomads Padel Village will feature seven premium padel courts and a modern, community-focused environment where sport, lifestyle, and community come together.

Qualifications:
FITNESS COACH

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Fitness Coach, Personal Trainer, or in a related field.

• Holds a relevant fitness certification or qualification in sports science, exercise science, or a related discipline.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• German language proficiency is an advantage.

• Knowledge of exercise techniques, fitness programs, strength training, and proper equipment usage.

• Ability to assess members' fitness levels and provide appropriate exercise guidance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passionate about fitness, health, and helping members achieve their fitness goals.

• Able to motivate members and provide a positive, safe, and supportive training environment.

• Strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and teamwork.

GYM ATTENDANT

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Gym Attendant or in a related field, preferably in fitness, sports, or customer service.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Basic knowledge of gym equipment, exercise facilities, and gym safety procedures.

• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, tidiness, and readiness of gym equipment and facilities.

• Able to assist members with general inquiries and provide guidance on basic equipment usage within the scope of the role.

• Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented attitude.

• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

• Attentive to safety, hygiene, and proper equipment maintenance.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
