Finance Manager (Mandarin Speaker Only)

About the role

Lead overall financial management, accounting, financial reporting, and internal control systems. Oversee Indonesian tax compliance, tax planning, tax audits, and tax risk management. Manage budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting to support strategic business decisions. Oversee cash flow and treasury management to ensure operational and project funding requirements are met. Develop project cost accounting models, analyze profitability, and support bidding and pricing strategies for BPO projects. Build and manage the local finance team while coordinating closely with headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall financial management, accounting, financial reporting, and internal control systems

• Oversee Indonesian tax compliance, tax planning, tax audits, and tax risk management

• Manage budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting to support strategic business decisions

• Oversee cash flow and treasury management to ensure operational and project funding requirements are met

• Develop project cost accounting models, analyze profitability, and support bidding and pricing strategies for BPO projects

• Build and manage the local finance team while coordinating closely with headquarters

About you

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, or a related field

• At least 5 years of finance experience, including 3 years in a financial management role

• Strong hands-on knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK), tax regulations, and financial compliance

• Experience in BPO, outsourcing, technology, or Chinese companies expanding overseas is highly preferred

• Professional working proficiency in both English and Indonesian is required; Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage

• Experience building financial systems from scratch and professional qualifications such as CPA or ACCA are preferred
