Finance & Accounting Supervisor / Manager

About the role

Yifang Group is seeking an experienced Finance & Accounting professional to support the company's financial management needs within our business ecosystem and partner network, particularly in the manufacturing and operational business sectors. The role requires not only the ability to prepare financial reports, but also a comprehensive understanding of accounting processes, the ability to analyze financial problems, and responsibility for work results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-set accounting processes, from transaction recording, general ledger, reconciliation, to closing

• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with PSAK

• Ensure accuracy of balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow reports

• Understand and oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial transaction management processes

• Handle or coordinate company tax obligations, including income tax, VAT, and tax reporting

• Support budgeting, financial analysis, audit, and internal control

• Identify accounting problems, trace their causes, and implement corrective actions

• Coordinate with management and operational departments to ensure accuracy of financial data

About you

• Minimum S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Strong professional experience in Finance & Accounting, particularly in full-set accounting and financial reporting

• Understanding of PSAK, accounting principles, Indonesian taxation, and closing processes

• Direct experience in reconciliation and accounting problem resolution

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software or ERP systems

• Ability to work independently, analyze problems, and coordinate with various parties

• Ownership, attention to detail, integrity, and strong execution capability

• Experience as Accounting Supervisor, Finance Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or Finance & Accounting Manager is prioritized

• Experience in manufacturing companies, foreign investment companies, or companies with multiple business entities

• Experience in audit, budgeting, corporate taxation, or financial control

• Proven experience independently preparing financial statements, managing month-end closing, and resolving accounting discrepancies.
