Finance Manager (Alam Sutera placement)

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial operations in Indonesia. This role will oversee financial management, accounting, taxation, budgeting, cash flow, and project profitability while supporting business growth in the BPO industry.

Key Responsibilities:
· Lead overall financial management, accounting, and internal control systems.
· Oversee Indonesian tax compliance, tax planning, and tax risk management.
· Manage budgeting, financial analysis, cash flow, and treasury operations.
· Develop project cost accounting models and analyze profitability to support bidding and pricing strategies.
· Build and manage the local finance team while coordinating with headquarters.

Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or above in Finance or similar.
· Minimum 3 years of finance manager experience
· Strong hands-on expertise in accounting, taxation, and financial management.
· Experience in BPO, outsourcing, technology, or Chinese companies expanding overseas is preferred.
· Good knowledge of Indonesian PSAK standards and local tax regulations.
· Fluent in English is high priority
