Finance, Accounting, and Tax Manager

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Finance, Accounting, and Tax Manager to join our team!
In this role, you will oversee the full spectrum of financial operations—ranging from daily accounting, budgeting, and reporting to tax compliance and audit support. You’ll play a key role in maintaining financial health and supporting strategic decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily financial operations: AP, AR, general ledger, bank reconciliation, and journaling.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).

• Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, and monitor budget vs. actuals.

• Manage cash flow and ensure sufficient funds for operational needs.

• Handle tax reporting and payments (PPN, PPh, and Corporate Income Tax) in compliance with regulations.

• Maintain stock and inventory accounting records.

• Lead the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits.

• Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and efficient accounting procedures.

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment in business activities.

• Supervise and guide the finance team, fostering accuracy and accountability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a small to mid-sized company.

• Solid knowledge of end-to-end accounting processes, tax, and financial reporting.

• Familiar with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal.id, or similar).

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Able to work independently and build effective financial systems from the ground up.

• Willing to work from office (WFO) in Jakarta Barat
