About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Livestream Executive to join our team. In this role, you will develop strategy, manage, monitor, and analyze live streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms, and develop programs and content to engage with followers and drive sales actively.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute livestream strategies aligned with marketing and brand goals.

• Lead and coordinate hosts, producers, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution.

• Manage livestream platforms (TikTok, Shopee, OBS, etc.) for optimal performance.

• Monitor and analyze key metrics (views, engagement, sales) to improve results and meet KPIs.

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets through impactful livestream sessions.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams for integrated campaigns.

• Manage budgets efficiently to ensure ROI and cost-effectiveness.

• Stay updated on beauty and health trends to create relevant content.

• Thrive under pressure and stay resilient in meeting targets in a fast-paced environment.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field

• 2+ years of experience as Livestream Executive/ Livestream E-Commerce Specialist

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong persuasive abilities and audience engagement skills

• Proficiency with live streaming platforms and social media

• Willing to work from office (WFO) in Jakarta Barat.
