Finance, Accounting & Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and oversee the Finance, Accounting & Tax functions to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations.

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

• Ensure compliance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK), taxation regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial performance analysis.

• Develop and strengthen internal control systems, financial governance, and risk management practices.

• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business planning and decision-making.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial processes, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax within a manufacturing company.

• Strong understanding of Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK), taxation regulations, and statutory compliance.

• Exceptional analytical thinking with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful business insights.

• Highly detail-oriented with outstanding accuracy, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP

• High integrity, strong sense of ownership, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.
