F&B Staff (Service, Cook dan Barista)

About the role

As we continue to grow across key locations in Bali—including Kuta Selatan, Central Kuta, Canggu, Buwit, Ubud, and Sanur—we are seeking a passionate, energetic, and culinary-driven Cook/F&B Service, Barista Candidate for low, mid, senior and executive-level positions to join the Pepito Culinary family. In this role, you will play a vital part in crafting exceptional food experiences while maintaining the highest standards of culinary excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, serve, and respond to customer needs and inquiries politely, professionally, and with problem-solving skills to ensure the best possible experience during their visit

• Execute all daily operational processes (including customer service, food preparation/cooking, and beverage crafting) accurately according to standard recipes, portions, and company SOPs

• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation in the workspace (dining area, kitchen, or bar) and all operational equipment before, during, and after working hours in accordance with food safety standards

• Monitor the availability of daily raw ingredients or supplies, report any shortages or equipment damage to management, and assist with inventory logging or stock-taking processes

• Communicate actively and cooperatively with all team members across departments, participate in daily briefings, and handle supportive administrative tasks as required by the company

About you

• Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; graduates from Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or Tourism majors are preferred

• Open to both fresh graduates and candidates with prior experience in the F&B/hospitality industry

• Good communication skills and a friendly demeanor

• Customer-oriented mindset

• Basic proficiency in F&B operational tasks (whether in customer service/hospitality, basic culinary/kitchen techniques, or beverage preparation/barista skills)

• Well-groomed with a neat and clean appearance

• Honest, disciplined, agile, strong team player

• Able to work under pressure, especially during peak operational hours

• Understand health, safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards

• Willing to work in shifts, on weekends, and during national holidays
