Event Operation Intern (Paid Internship)

SE’INDONESIA is a local fast-food brand that has popularized the smoked meat dish from East Nusa Tenggara (sei) at affordable prices. Recognized as one of the fastest-growing F&B pioneers, the brand has become a source of national pride after being included in Forbes Asia’s 100 to Watch 2025 list. We are looking for a Event Operation Intern candidate to join the Se'Indonesia team with the following details.

Responsibilities

• Handle and monitor incoming catering orders and leads through Zendesk.

• Coordinate invoice creation with the Finance team to ensure timely and accurate billing.

• Communicate confirmed order details to the Operations team to support smooth order fulfillment.

• Input and verify catering orders in the SeIndonesia POS system.

• Assist in daily operational coordination related to event and catering activities.

• Maintain organized records of orders and follow up on pending items as needed.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from any major.

• Recent graduate or the final year of college with no classes, having experience in an organization is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.

• Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
