Account Receivable Staff

SE’INDONESIA is a local fast-food brand that has popularized the smoked meat dish from East Nusa Tenggara (sei) at affordable prices. Recognized as one of the fastest-growing F&B pioneers, the brand has become a source of national pride after being included in Forbes Asia’s 100 to Watch 2025 list. We are looking for a Account Receivable Staff candidate to join the Se'Indonesia team with the following details.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily update and recalculation of online sales collections from various aggregators.

• Conduct reconciliation between sales data and actual fund receipts in the bank.

• Record online sales transactions per outlet into the Odoo system accurately and in a timely manner.

• Check and reconcile sales from Bazaar and Catering channels.

• Ensure all receivable data is properly documented, organized, and ready for reporting.

• Support the Finance team in maintaining accurate accounts receivable records and resolving discrepancies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Min 1 years experience in the field Accounting or Finance and preferably in Food & Beverages industry.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data handling and reconciliation.

• Responsible, honest, and able to maintain confidentiality of financial data.

• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and follow established finance procedures.
