Area Manager - Kalimantan

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role in food & beverage industry

• Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent is a must.

• Experienced in handling more than 8 outlets

• Strong skills in Operations Management, Sales, and Customer Service.

• Experience in stock management within the retail F&B industry.

• Knowledge of Hygiene and Safety Standards.

• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate multiple teams.

• Placement : Balikpapan & Samarinda areas.

Job Descriptions:

• Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are properly implemented, covering cleanliness and grooming standards, food presentation, and food quality.

• Ensure that all products served in the store meet the company’s quality standards and are ready for sale.

• Ensure that ordering of goods and raw materials is aligned with store stock levels to maintain optimal inventory.

• Manage the operational budget and ensure the store operates efficiently, without compromising service quality or product standards.

• Conduct sales forecasting for the following week in collaboration with the Supervisor.

• Develop action plans for underperforming stores and create improvement and development strategies for stores that achieve or exceed targets.

• Prepare and submit periodic store visit reports to the Operational Manager.
