ESG & Sustainability Staff

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering, OHS, Agriculture, Law, Social Sciences, or related fields.

2. 1–2 years of experience. Prior experience in internal auditing, certifications (Fairtrade, Organic, SMETA), or smallholder supply chains is an advantage. 

3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

4. Willingness to travel to operational plants, warehouses, and remote supply chain regions 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Familiarizing with ESAP, ESMS Gap Assessment, Landscape Covenants, and Impact Targets. 

2. Assisting in maintaining and controlling versions of ESMS documentation

3. Collecting, verifying, and logging E&S data from all departments into primary databases/trackers.

4. Preparing draft periodic reports and acting as a daily cross-departmental E&S liaison.

5. Maintaining and updating incident, grievance, training, and legal registers.

6. Supporting ESMS training sessions, preparing ESM Committee meeting materials, and tracking action items. 

7. Monitoring operational ESMS implementation and reporting non-conformities to the Supervisor. 

8. Maintaining the ESAP tracker and compiling evidence for quarterly, semi-annual, and annual investor reporting. 

9. Drafting annual social compliance audit schedules for company facilities and supply chain partners. 

10. Conducting social audits covering child labor, forced labor, wages, and working conditions through worker interviews and document verification.
