Equipment Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Monitor equipment performance and implement improvement actions to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and records.
- Conduct equipment inspections and identify potential failures before they occur.
- Coordinate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Support installation, commissioning, and modification of new equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company maintenance standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintenance tools.

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance within a manufacturing environment (fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are welcome to apply).
- Knowledge of PLC (Mitsubishi & Omron) systems, automation equipment, motors, sensors, and industrial control systems is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to work in shifts if required.
